At JG Sports Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your activewear purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to assist you with our return policy.
Return Window: You have [7] days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your activewear apparel must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized items: We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized. Unless the damage is evident.
- Items without tags or labels: Activewear must be returned with all original tags and labels attached.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to your order history and select the order containing the items you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to initiate the return process. You may be asked to provide a reason for the return and upload relevant photographs if applicable.
- After you submit your request, our customer support team will review it and provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned activewear, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [3-5] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your activewear for a different size or color, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
